Barnwell County Commission on Alcohol & Drug Abuse d/b/a Axis 1 provides prevention services that go out into the community and schools to educate about the dangers of the use of tobacco, alcohol and vaping. We offer ADSAP services to assist individuals in getting their driver’s license back after a DUI offense. We also offer outpatient services for individuals who are struggling with addiction of alcohol and other illicit substances. We offer Medication Assistance Treatment with a licensed medical provider along with counseling for individuals who need additional resources for opioid addictions
